Sheared off a rear hanger muffler bolt

I think this occurred during our club's track day, but since that day a couple of weeks ago I have had a rattle in my exhaust while idling. I crawled under the car tonight and found the culprit--a sheared off bolt on the rear muffler hanger. This bolt originates behind the heat shield so I am not sure what would be involved with replacing it. Does anyone know if this is a DIY project, one for the local muffler shop, or best left to the dealership?

Thanks

If it is the one on the bracket that wraps around the muffler, you'll need the whole upper bracket and new bolts.

Is it just a bolt head and washer on the other side of the heat shield? If so, is it just a matter of removing the exhaust and heat shield to access it? Keep in mind this is a Cooper, not an S if that makes a difference.
