Motor Mount

How can you tell that you have a busted Motor Mount????
Today I noticed a rust color from where the mount is, is it normal or should I be concerned I have pictures of it but my camera doesn't upload to my computer.

A leaking motor mount will have a dark brown stain on/under it. It's kind of "tarry"-looking, and may or may not appear wet.

Mine had a very noticable oil leak on the support frame and a wet oil spot on my garage floor. Plus, an audible knocking sound at idle.
