Rust on the ... whats-it-called ?!

Just wanted to get started for the first carwash when I noticed these rust spots at all 4 break drums(?).
We bought the car 4 weeks ago, have driven it 500 miles, it has now 800 miles total. It is a 2006 and was bought from a MINI dealer. It was a demo for all I know.

It this normal ?
Should I complain it to the dealer ?

Everyone has that rust. Aluminum wheel, steel rotor, water, whaa laa, rust. Probably more noticable likely from sitting at the dealer. Just wait until you try to dismount those wheels and find them locked on snuggly. Note that you'll see even more rust on the rotor braking surfaces after washing the MINI. But that will just come off with braking.

PS, clean those wheels dude. They're filthy! :-)

I was aware about the rust on the surfaces and don't worry about that.
Only to see it in this nook worried me.
Like I said, I just wanted to start washing when I saw it
