Would you buy a wrapped MINI?

that's the question ... if looking for a used MINI, would you buy one that has a wrap?

On one hand it's paint protection. On the other hand, if they cut the wrap carelessly with a blade, they could have cut into the paint.

If you like the wrap, that's a plus.
If you later decide you don't like the wrap, you can remove it. That's also a plus.
It also depends - just a bit - on what color the li'l feller's paint job is. Could be something obnoxious which would preclude removing the wrap. I've seen some fantastic vinyl running loose.
So, all that said, if you like the car regardless, go for it.

Kinda depends on what's underneath the wrap. Imperfections and etcetera scares me without knowing it upfront. Just my thought on the topic.

BUT is you like the wrap done to the car then go for it. Just ask for a full disclosure on things that you need to know.
