Starting September 11th, the St. Louis MINI Club will have regular, open, monthly meetings. These meetings are in efforts to help better communication within the executive committee and board -- as well as foster interaction to members wishing to get more involved with the running and planning of events for the club.

 

 

The July meeting will be held on Tuesday July 10th 6 PM before the Farewell Happy Hour. All are invited to attend!

Is there a calendar of meetings?? I dont hear much talk about them, so I dont wanna drive if I am not sure. is there still one the 22nd?, I am gonna try to get to, but do they change often or should I just hard code the date and time in my brain?

 

The 22nd is more social than business. The officers will be there for any questions of course & talk about what's coming up but mainly we gab about our MINIs & grab some good food.

The monthly meetings are the 2nd Monday of the month. All the info is at the top of this thread. All members are invited. And yes, we do talk business

At the Tap room or somewhere else... I thought I saw a second location or something.. Then again I am all over NAM so it could have been somewhere else...

 

Where: Schneithorst's Bierkeller (1600 S. Lindbergh Blvd., 63131)

We have social hours at other places during the month, but the board meeting is always at Schneithorst on the 2nd Monday of the month.

 

Ok, Just making sure... I saw that on page 1, but I know that there was another "meeting" at the Tap room... I would have driven to the wrong place... :D

 

So with the club meetings at the dealership now, what time do they start? Do we bring dinner, go out after, or, skip dinner and just go have a beer next door after the meeting?

Hello, in case anyone missed Brian's note, MINI club monthly meetings will now be at the STL MINI Dealership. 6pm on 2nd Monday of the month as in the past. All members are invited to attend. Motor On, Dan

 

Thanks for the new format for the monthly meetings. It sounds as though we have a good year's worth of activities being planned with lots of room for more, new ideas. Sorry I don't have the expertise to volunteer as webmaster, but will certainly get involved in other ways. Looking forward to seeing everyone November 10.

 

Glad you made it to the meeting tonight. Having the meetings at the dealer is better IMO, easy to find, well if you bought your MINI there, no distractions. The things discussed will be good for the club.
