Spring Rallye

Well, it's that time again! It's time for the annual spring rallye.

Southern Illinois Rallye

Saturday, April 8th

Meet: 8:30AM
Leave: 9:00AM

Intersection of I-255 and IL-3
Columbia, IL

Red Roof Liquor and Lottery

301 Southport Dr.

Total distance: 110 miles
We'll weave around the Levee Rd. and some other fun pavement, head down IL-3, and catch the Bluff Rd. north at Prairie Du Rocher to head back to Columbia, Il.

We will be stopping in the city of Valmeyer's park for an early picnic around 11:30 -- so pack some vittles (no alcohol, please). I expect us to be done no later than 1:00PM.

Please RSVP to this thread and indicate if you want a rallye placard ($5.00).

Just a quick question for the local group. Has anyone done a DIY driving light install? I've got a pair of Hella 500s and the PIAA mounts coming and waht to get them on before the rallye or at least before the Dragon and could use help in doing so by someone who has experience with it.

Doesn't look good for me, but that has been typical so far this year.

My daughter plays very competitive basketball with a very good team and will have AAU Ozark District Championships that weekend.

I do know the Rallye will be a blast, and I will be there in spirit.
