somebody left me a card

I went to the theatre in Fenton Saturday night with my freshly cleaned Mini. Came out and somebody had left me a club card... oh and it rained so my car is once again filthy

Nice to see some other mini owners in Festus. I thought we would be the only ones. I just got our car back from the body shop and its a garage queen for awhile so you probably wont see it out often. If you happen to see a black mini with white stripes and black wheels thats mine. We should have a festus gtg this summer, I know nothing about these cars and would like to learn more.

I am actually in Herculaneum now. I am ok with cars and have a huge garage when it is cleaned out this spring. I have done all the work on mine so far (besides exhaust) so intake, brakes, struts and springs. I have also had to rebuild my window motor and replace my thermostat (twice, long story but not my fault) I haven't worked on the new turbos yet.

I only know two things about MINI's, #1 they are a hoot to drive , #2 the one in our garage doesn't belong to me . However I love to bench race about anything with a motor and more than one wheel.

Great. Let me know when either of you are working on your cars. I might need help soon when I do my first oil change, etc... I work on all my vw's, just dont know enough about these cars yet. I am also good and standing around and b.s ing about cars or helping wherever I can. I live by west city park if you know where that is. Oh yeah, our mini is officially my wife's as well but I still drive it and its in OUR garage.

It's amazing how many MINIs are popping up around here... On my way home the other night there were two pretty, young girls in a red r50. Not to offend if that was somebody's daughter but if I was ten years younger...

I've not seen the silver works yet. As for my garage, well HER MINI made room for my second Harley so I won't push that issue. On a positive note I get to drive most of the time because she likes to go spirited but she doesn't like to drive spirited. Turbo4 we're not too far from you up here on West Main.
