Good detailer in Long Beach area?

Who do you guys use? My car has NEVER been washed or detailed by anybody other than myself in the 3+ years I've owned it but I think it's time I gave it a treat. I just don't buff out things like minor scratches and swirls too well and end up causing more damage than what I started with. I'm looking for somebody who does a good job and doesn't leave excess wax and turn the wheel arches white. If you know what I mean.
Long Beach, Lakewood, Cerritos area would work.

Thanks,

Ken

Maby give Johnny at Johnny's Auto Clinic in San Pedro a call. He has a beautiful black cabrio that he must have someone do as it looks amazing.

Hey Ken,

Like Bar10Girl and Jackarat have said, I specialize in detailing MINI's, though I work on other cars as well. I pretty much cover all parts of LA and OC. I've got a customer down in Irvine this afternoon, I work on her black Mercedes twice a month.

You can call me at 310 985 0333. As the sun comes back out, I'll be getting busy again, so best to call soon.

I gotta get back to building VacuCams...

You can see my MINI details at
http://MINiniM.com the ultimate MINI reflection, and also at my general detailing site at http://ShowCarGarage.com

My bad on not mentioning Richard. I was not aware that he did it as a profession . I watched him work on a car at AMVIV and thought it was just a love afair with detailing He REALLY gets into the entire process. You cant go wrong with OctaneGuy

Hey Randy, it's ok. I haven't really advertised it much on NAM until recently. I'll use this opportunity to post some pictures of my work.

STORY:
Black C230 Mercedes was involved in an accident. Body shop repainted door area and rebuffed entire side of car causing major swirls. The customer complained and the shop said it was the best he can expect. Other shops told him a repaint was necessary, that is until a c3 member who worked with him referred him to me.

BEFORE

I mask off an area to do a test spot

And Voila, 15 minutes later, I prove I can restore the paint

One day I spot this faded red 1965 Mustang outside on my street. Turns out a new neighbor moved in, and every day I saw this car, I wanted to get my hands on it. I finally broke down and left a note that I wanted to work on it. That began a very interesting friendship.

I was at a Christmas party when I met the owner of this 1968 Camaro. He told me about a problem with his paint. It looked bad. I told him that I'd like to try a test spot.

This MINI owner has several large dogs that like to ride in the car and their paws and claws dig into the paint as they hang on for dear life! By the time I finished, all the scratches were removed, and this MINI looked better than new again!

Just a small sampling of the many cars I've worked on. Mostly Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches, and MINIs, and a few regular cars.

This is the car, Black E500, I worked on yesterday that I maintain

I'm in Cerritos today working on a black car. Maybe I can swing by your shop on the way back. I got your number, but my cell phone is crapping out on me today. Wireless/Data network has been messed up since yesterday.
