Hello, everyone... I was the 1st one that Randy worked on that Saturday.... it was a super time meeting all of you... now I can put a face to the name (online sign on, anyway)... as far as the pulley is concerned, I am so happy to have finally done it... I have been to several pulley parties before but for whatever reason, always chickened out... but now, my little mini just goes... and goes... and goes... thanks to Randy, Mike, Paul, George (owner of bimmer clinic), Anthony, Steve, Matt and all the really cool mini folks that I got to meet at the pulley party.... can't wait for the next one....
that's Randy with his back turned.. talking to Paul... while working on Anthony's pulley....

I think you guys "screwed the pooch". What did you save $20.00? You think Mr. Webb is going to support you ,or repair if your new racy bitts fail? IF he does, plan on parking your Mini for awhile! Find a local Mini expert, they dont get on planes & leave. Good luck, you will need it.
Yeah man, I totally "screwed the pooch" having Randy install my pulley. He has done over 650 installs of the 15% reduction pulley and has never had an issue, not one.
Penny wise and Pound foolish? Not at all...I didn't have Randy install my pulley to save cash. I could have had a local guy do it for $300.00, but NOBODY has the experience that Randy has with these installs.
I'd rather not have an issue with a Randy Webb install, than possibly have an issue with a local guy.

I don't think any of his nearly 700 pulley installs have made for any complications, and with that necessitated any such follow-up. And if so, he would either fly back out, or arrange to have a local, entrusted shop, handle it for him. This has been the case regarding other, non-pulley installs...
He as a 2 year guarantee and this even pertains to those who compete and track their cars. I don't believe any other MINI "expert" does... I just had him replace nearly $2,000 worth of product that I purchased from him nearly a year ago, and I can assure everyone that his promise is very real and legitimate.
His expertise is unquestioned, and with a commitment in writing, such as his, many would gladly pay more. The reality is that local shops here charge more. Local shops here often don't sell MINI products, and if so, they probably didn't thoroughly test and evaluate those items. With that, local shops here have been unable to knowledgably advise potential customers of their full-range of options. I haven't found any local shops that will stand behind what they sold to me, or installed for me for 2 years...
If there is such a guy in town, it would behoove this guy, and us, to advertise more, and get his name out there. Randy, like many vendors here, pays to have access to all of us across this continent. Thanks to the internet and MCO/NAM, he has worked this base for several years to form an international clientele. He has been to virtually all major US metro areas, often multiple times, by request.
If local shops want in, and to get more business, they will need to give many of us a compelling reason to do so. Until then, there are many valid reasons for folks seeking-out Randy Webb...

George, the owner of Bimmer's Clinic can do any of our "mini mods." His work is meticulous and his shop his immaculate. Randy mentioned that Bimmer's Clinic was better than 95% of the shops that he has done parties in.

With Steve's, Bimmers and Johhnys we have some pretty cool places to choose from now. Oh, not forgetting Jacks and Scientific Auto.
