To celebrate the release of The Italian Job (original and new versions) on DVD, european car magazine is hosting a "MINI Escape" drive and lunch this Saturday October 11.

This event is free and open to any MINI, new or old.

Come out and enjoy your car on the roads it was designed for then end up in Anaheim to share lunch, (Italian of course!) with like minded MINI maniacs.

I don't hafta work Saturday...YAY!! It sounds like I would even be able to make it home for the Winston Cup race Saturday nite!! Count me in...

I want to be there! My wife is saying NO, but I'm saying Yes. We'll see who wins. Probably her.

Darn I dont think I can make it out to stoptech in the morning! I got to meet with a study group But I think I'll be able to meet you guys out in Anahiem since its close to my school. Where are you all meeting up at in Anaheim?

 

So how was it? Working was fun! I want reviews and pictures!

 

I wasnt able to make it to stoptech in the morning but I met up with them in anaheim...it was a cool meet! There were so many classic minis there! There was free italian food too! I ate so much haha They raffled off some free Italian Job DVDs (I thought they were gonna give them out) and some performance parts and some stickers.

 

Sad... I missed it too... I wanted to go but I wasnt able to make it.

 

3 hours of writing tests and math tests, boy did i have a grand ol' time
