This is a new event started for Wednesday nights starting at 7pm. All cars are welcome. Last night a new Lancer showed up as well as a group of Lotuses. The location is Marina Del Ray Coffee Bean. Check the Google maps location. It started last week and this has no association with the one in Irvine. Maybe its just me, but it seems like every time I've ever been in that parking lot it has been a PITA to a parking spot, especially to get near that coffee bean or the barnes and noble.

 

We park at the end of the lot, so not exactly next to the coffee, but a short stroll over there, so far it has been pretty good for us. Granted it hasn't gotten above 10 cars. But come on out, the more the merrier.

 

This is a friendly reminder that the cars and coffee is happening tonight. We hope to see you there.

 

Just a reminder for tonight, all the participants would love to see some Coopers show up. We park next to the DSW Shoes so that we can have as much parking space as possible.

 

We missed you guys again, the turn out is getting better each week. A Cosworth Escort showed up as well. We need you to make this even bigger. Good food, and well there is coffee around the corner. everyone hopes to see you next week.

I am still going, the guys who started it are thinking of making this an every other week event due to low turn out. But I am the only MINI that shows up to this thing. I hope to see you there blogic.

 

The organizers have determined that this will becomes an every other week event. So the next meet will be 8/6/08. He hopes that more people will arrive within this new schedule. And everyone wants to see the MINIs show up.

 

Its on again the every other week Cars and Coffee in Marina Del Rey, try the directions up top. Tomorrow night approximately 7, goes to about 9, but you know, it could go longer.

 

This meet was just postponed for next week due to most of the guys that show up, are going to be elsewhere. Sorry for getting your hopes up guys.
