I agree Haf, Mike Reeves is very good. I have had good experiences with MINI of N. Scottsdale. Of note, they are being very supportative of the MINI Vacationin Vegas.

Had several bubbles in the injected molding of the plastic around the emblem.

I went there today for the first time. My appointment was with Sean, but the greeter person in the service bay couldn't find my appointment. He gave me this vibe that he thought I was making up the fact that I had an appointment . That annoyed me a little.

However, he quickly got another advisor to take care of me (Jeff Gordon) who was fantastic. I brought the car in for v36, rattling speaker, and hood paint rubbing issue, and he took care of everything.

My work order came back with a total of 97 cents charge for two hood scoop screws. Jeff realized that it should be zero, but couldn't zero out the work order, so he pulled out a buck out of his wallet and paid the service cashier! Very cool.

They also offered me a loaner (which I never got at Universal)

What I did find out that Universal MINI lied to me about installing v36 when I took my car there last ... They never did install it.

That's good to know, I lucked out then coz they "forgot" my appointment!!

I don't put up with ******* service advisors. One guy at Universal MINI told me that the sound I thought was my speaker buzzing was actually coming from change in my cup holder. I told him off ...

Have to agree there. Been stuck with him for my service appointments (only 2). He's bad enough to make a customer rethink buying MINI.
Sean, if you ever happen to read this, get the hint. Work for your customers.

MNS did have a manger leave me a phone message after I critiqued service during a MINI USA follow-up survey, but I could never get past her voice mail to respond.
