The Pulse is effecting a RSS feed but if you are looking for a true feed there has been one available for more than a year. The URL you need to use is:

https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/external.php

This will give you all the visible forums on the site.

To tune it so that you only get certain forums using the following URL structure:

https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS&forumids=A,B,C

where X,Y,Z is the id of the forum.

To exclude specific forums from the feed use the following URL structure:

https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS&exforumids=X,Y,Z

And to mix the two forums together use the following URL structure:

https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS&forumids=A,B,C&exforumids=X, Y,Z

To get the id of each forum go to https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums and move your mouse over the link to each forum. Just make a note of the number listed after "f=" in the URL and that is the forum id.

Hope this helps

Mark

Post these links on the fron page?

Perhaps a page with the standard orange button and a list of all the feeds so it's easy for us to add to readers, MyYahoo!, etc.?

Hey, I just noticed the (orange) RSS Feed button in Firefox!

Now I'll try to figure out how to tweak it to different forums because when I subscribed, it gives my the feed for, what seems like, the entire site.

Not sure how Firefox knows that there is a feed but its cool that it does. With this in mind I've updated my post above which describes how to tune the feed into exactly what you want.

Enjoy..

While I've used the format Mark explained above to customize my feeds, I agree that the above suggestion would be a nice addition.

After I get some things done development-wise let's revisit this. Unfortunately I have enough site-related projects right now for 2-3 people and only one person (myself) to do them

Live RSS Feed Works.

i stumbled upon this thread and have discovered that after the third attempt of pasting in

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...l.php?type=rss

into my RSS reader, it works. (now all i need is a better RSS reader).
