I've never seen anything like it on other boards. When someone posts, is the list pushed to all have the pulse running? Or, does the pulse simply update itself at regular intervals?

 

It's the latter. I just answered my own question.

 

The Pulse reigns supreme. I was on hear for a couple months before I figured it out. Now I leave it up on every computer in my life 24 hours a day.

Boom!

 

The pulse definitely Rocks!

I have it up running when all else is quiet and closed. I see what is up and I pounce!!!!!

The pulse is the MCO addict's favorite feature!

 

I've always wondered whether I show up as online or not when I just have the pulse running, not an actual MCO window.

 

The Pulse is a great feature! I, too, run it all day, except I'm usually too busy at work to jump in as much as I'd like.

 

OK, i'm just a wee bit corn-fused! What exactly is the Pulse? I've seen the very tiny link up at the top right of the screen, but when i click on it nothing happens. Is is supposed to do something that i can see, or does it just do some kind of Mo-Jo through the site?

 

woah.. i just did command F and typed pulse... i never noticed that there.. or maybe it just didn't look anything special.. is this new?! doesn't sound it! Oh well 1 more favorite couldn't hurt the billion-page favorites file, hahahah
