Their makeing mee krazy two. Eye hoap wee git spel cheker sune!

Problem is, no one really cares. If ya can't spell, please, PLEASE type it up in Word, spell check it there, and cut and paste it into your post. I actually use some of the posts here to teach my daughters the importance of writing well. . .

As time allows I'll look into this as an add-on. Unfortunately I have a list of what seems 1,000,000 things to look at right now

I'd actually put that pretty low on the priority list, since I think a spell-checker would choke on some of these posts. . .

I recall you said that when you added the gallery link. Does that mean you only have 999,999 things left on the list? Get to it, man! That list ain't gonna get shorter on it's own!

If you use IE for your browser, you can download and install a free spell checker that works great. It will spell check anything you are typing into a web page. I use it on my home system and it helps me sound almost literate.

A spellchecker wouldn't catch some of the really prevalent spelling errors that really bug me... like "breaks" that are somehow supposed to stop the car...

or mini/Minis instead of MINIs!

I actually think the spelling on this forum has been getting better, but I'm not about to try to verify that hypothesis.

BTW, many thanks to whoever suggested www.websters.com as a spelling tool on a previous NAM thread about spelling woes!

Whenever I try to correct my kids' spelling (both in their 20s, one a teacher), I'm quickly reminded of the family rule that goes back many years: I don't make of fun of how they spell; they don't make fun of how I dress.

According to them, technology has solved their problem while mine has no easy solution.
