busted NAM soft functions
If I try to enter this feedback on the "Contact Us" page, I get a Not Permitted error, even though I am signed in. NAM clearly has some software issues...
I've been trying to enter feedback on the Marketplace iTrader, but it keeps giving an error message. Every time I try to enter feedback for a transaction (http://www.northamericanmotoring.com...ct/1411/cat/22)
I get an insurmountable error "There were the following errors:
There was an error in your deal details!"
So the marketplace rating system has some problems...
And, as I said, when I try to report this error, I get a permissions error on the Contact Us page.
I'm guessing that not many problems with NAM get reported as a result of this...

Moved to Site Feedback since this wasn't an Alliance related thread.
Can you tell me what operating system and version of web browser you are using? We have not changed versions of software in a long time and we've not been receiving any type of reports like this from other members with the same permissions you have.
One thing I would recommend is purging your browser's cache and making sure your anti-virus software is current. There have been times in the past when errors like this have popped up but most of the issues have been from spyware or virus issues on the member's machine.

Attached what I get in Chrome.
When I tried it in IE7, I finally got a more meaningful message - "Details must be more than 15 characters." When I corrected that, it worked OK. Apparently the error message presented in different browsers differs for some reason.
