I'm selling my wrecked 2005 Mini Cooper S JCW. Located in Mid City, Los Angeles. It was in a font end collision which caused the front of the car to push back the engine and ultimately rip the front left axle out of the engine. There are a some nice pieces on the car in good condition that many folks will find desirable. I'm selling the car as a whole since I am unable to piece it out. The large SUV that was hit only ended up with a cracked rear bumper....
I believe the engine is okay but the transmission is most certainly destroyed. The car will need to be towed.
Notable Parts:
- Carbon Fiber Dash
- Carbon fiber hood scoop (might be too damaged)
- Carbon Fiber Truck Handle
- Auxiliary gauges
- Red cloth/black leather seats
- Stubby antenae
- Aero body kit
- Motegi Rims
- Trailer hitch mount
- JCW Exhaust, brakes, suspension, etc.
- Vibra Technics upper engine mount
- M7 Strut Mounts
- Harmon Kardon speaker system
- 1 year old battery
- Freshly Serviced Super Charger
Please reach out if you have any interest or would like more details.
- Bryan

Yea it's a real bummer. I feel like I lost a part of myself and I'm not quite sure I event want anything else besides an R53 JCW. They're just such great cars and I can wrench myself which makes it so much more worth it. I just don't have the space/tools/garage to make it worth it now that I live in Los Angeles. I spent the last month looking for viable replacements and was going to do exactly what you said and transfer the parts but it doesn't look like I can make that happen within any sort of reasonable time frame. I imagine I'll eventually get another one and begin the process of slowly acquiring parts but at this point, I have to let her go. RIP.

I updated the post as I believe the engine is okay but the transmission was destroyed. I'm not 100% one way or the other.

if you decide to part out and are willing to ship pm me. i have a laundry list of interior items I'd like. Seats, door sills, aux gauges, CF dash, headliner and all interior pillar pieces. Thanks!

As bummed as I was to see this ad, I’d would have gladly picked it up if it weren’t on the opposite coast. Surprised @Alpha Motoring isn't all over this one yet. More than enough special parts here to justify the price.

Not sold or parted out yet. Deciding whether to repair it... looks like it will cost around $10K to get back on the road. If I can find a replacement R53, I will likely part this out and keep the most desirable bits to transfer.

Hey TwoBlueCars,
I am actively searching for a donor car and am looking to keep it under $2k. I essentially need a new front end; bumper items, radiator, condenser, etc. A new hood, new drive shaft, driver side suspension, and a new sub frame (although I'm skeptical that I actually need a new sub frame). I've attached the full list of items. I definitely think a donor car is the way to go to be as cost efficient as possible and then purchase individual items as needed (e.g. JCW suspension items, aero bumper....).
Shoot me a PM with your phone number and we can chat.
