Sixteen months and 19,486 miles after I celebrated my first day of MINI ownership, I have joined the Ralph Schomp team as a MINI Motoring Advisor.

Hey, that is great! Congratulations!

Being an owner will really make you a good salesman. It is so much better to be able to discuss that you have a MINI , that you fit in it, that your family fits in it, that it has power to drive you anywhere, etc...

Please stay on the MCO and let us know what is new coming out for 2004, etc...

There are many on MCO who are interested in the MINI. Even I'm a future owner, I have to turn in my lease car in January, so I'm going to be ordering my MCS sometimes in Sept!

So any news you can give us would be greatly appreciated !

Were you by chance the red-headed guy I saw this morning while I was waiting on my MCS service? If so, sorry I didn't get the chance to introduce myself again (I think we've met at a previous local MINI event). Hopefully we'll see you at one of the upcoming BMWCCA or SCCA events. Good to hear that there is now a MINI-owning Motoring Advisor as part of the team at Schomp!

PEBBLES: I will be sure to keep everyone up to date on all the latest MINI news. FYI, we expect to start seeing the first 2004's in late November and Early December. When timing your lease ending, please keep in mind that we are now down to approximately a six month wait to get a MCS.

GREATGRO: WOW! 20k in 7 months! That's some serious motoring! I just did 4800 miles across the US with my wife and dog--nearly 75 hours in the drivers seat! We starting from CO and visited: NE, IA, IL, IN, OH, PA, NY, VT, MA, MI, and Ontario. What a great trip!

DiD: I'm already working and would be glad to talk with you any time. You can swing in--[I'll be there M/T 12-8, W/Th 8:30-5:30, and Sat will vary]--or we can meet up at one of the next events.

DOMINICMINICOOPERS: There are quite a few now on MCO with so many enthusiasts getting involved.

MARK: That was me--6'7" redhead. We've met several times and I apologize for not saying hello--I was in the middle of completing some of my training.
