Thanks Tony.
There is an abundance of room now under the hood, so what comes forward of the TB is still in my head only. Just finished up the radiator plumbing and I'm quite happy with that so far.
Dumped the Green ...

Guess where the air is coming from for the IC?

Also the coil will be replaced and relocted as soon as we get her up and running again. Gunna add some real 'fire'power.

Nice little intake pipe...

you may want to wrap that as well, it's right behind the radiator and will get heat from the radiator. Since you're going all the way you might want to do that one too.

Greg, this pic here...

...did you guys just weld a nipple onto the stock connection flange that the water pump outlet mates up to?

Yes. I turned the pipe from some solid aluminum round and then just welded it to that stock peice.

Ok, one more...

...is the top hose connection on your radiator the outlet?
That new nipple you made would normally be the inlet to the block from the pump.

After looking at this pic some more...

...it looks like your pump is pumping into the lower rad hose connection and UP through the core and out to the block. yes/no?

You are right in the first part. Thanks for pointing that out, though I think we would have caught on. Not really sure it makes a diff as there is no more thermostat, ... but I have redirected the hoses anyway this morning. Also tapping into the block in at least one more spot, if not three for other water inputs.
Pump is pumping out from the bottom.
Thanks

I just wasn't sure if you were keeping the stock flow direction.
You're right though, it may not matter if there is no thermostat, are you at least going to run a water outlet restrictor plate?

How have you tried to bleed it so far?
There is a special tool to keep the piston from moving, I may be able to borrow it from work. I think a block of wood may accomplish the same thing.
You could also try to pull the fluid through the cylinder.

I compressed the cyliner with a clamp and both sucked the fluid through it and also used the pedal pumping method. Both worked well, but still a dead pedal with no more then about 1/16" movement. I've always had issues with the Mini slave. Even broke one a few years back and just ended up having a dealer do it.

Man, I've built this racecar from every screw up and that damm thing still has me baffled.

Are you using the factory master cylinder/reservoir? or a separate one for the clutch?
I know you have aftermarket(Tilton?) pedals, did you just rig them to work with the stock cylinders?

All Tilton. Only the slave is factory. I don't think it's that but I could be wrong. This is the same problem I had when it was all stock. I just don't think I understand how it should be done.
Joaquin, think about coming up wit the tool and give me a hand... ?

Greg, it sounds like you are so close! I'm sure it's plenty frustrating... I'm guessing that you got some help by now, at least I hope so... You have a huge following here, and the suspense has built quite a bit!
