I have a 2014 R60 all4S.

I observed that my oild temps are reaching 109C-110C (228F-230F) but my water temp stays 104-105 (219-220). Taking my readings with beemerlink

Mind you is winter so this measurements are done during freezing temps, should i be worried about the oil temp from memory is around 105C in the summer

I have the 31Ed and 31E9 codes that point to the electric fan so i got the relay tester, high speed fan works, low speed fan is not working..

Is it the fan assembly that needs changing ?

If yes is it doable without taking the whole front off
