Increased Battery Discharge warning

I got an Increased Battery Discharge warning a couple of months ago on my wife's 2012. It was intermittent at first, but last week, the warning was coming on every time. Finally took it in. Battery was replaced under warranty. Alternator checked out okay and nothing was detected on the electrical system.
Just a heads up for anyone getting this warning, especially while still under warranty.

Just curious if you keep anything plugged into your OBD port? I had the same message on my last car (335i) and it was because I had an "Automatic" plugged into the port that would drain the battery even when the car was off.

Same messages as well...Intermittent as first but lately almost daily. It's in for service so they'll be looking at that as well.

Nothing has been plugged into the ODB port. And we don't leave a phone connected to the Y-cable when parked.

I have the I phone cradle in the armrest which I mainly use for music but usually do leave it in constantly. It's out while in for service. Do have a D1 that is wired to the OBD port..just a minimal trickle....but may be setting of the message.

Sounds like a Flat battery. Pretty cut and dry. Battery will not hold a charge, hence the discharge message.
