Hi all,

I have had the CMS All4 for approximately one year now and I got it from new and without any issues (with the exception of the 22 miles on the clock when picking it up as I was told this is normal and having the windscreen replaced as the car was supplied with faulty wipers that damaged the windscreen).

Last few days I've had issues with the front right parking light not working, left front passenger window not going completely down, front right side mirror not going back to original place when being unfolded, car shaking when in idle/neutral, car creeping at 11mph when foot not on accelerator instead of its usual 4-5mph creep and finally issues getting up to 30mph smoothly! This all seems to happen on hot days!

Any Advice?!

sounds like a visit to the dealer is in order ... at 1 year, it is under warranty, let mini fix it

 

thanks for the response, i think you are right !!!!

went out to a friends after i posted that, on my return to the car tried starting it and it would not start !

had road side assistance come, they ran a diagnostic check, their report states "Non start found, deletion various fault codes, temp sensor fault codes present"

and now the engine management light is on !
