Exclamation Brake/Suspension malfunction

Anyone experienced these warnings on their CMS A4; DSC, ABS, 4x4 and engine checklight faults at the same time? Saw a previous post that mentioned similar faults after hitting a pothole pretty hard; did that too... While driving today all faults cleared except check engine but after a short recess, all the warning lights came back! Waiting for an appt and loaner to take the car to dealer for a check up.

I have not had that error yet. But please report back with what the Dealer says regarding all your aftermarket add-ons!

Will do, I have an appointment Friday morning. I think it's an ABS issue; strut bar comes off tonight though since one of the fault lights is brakes/suspension. I plan on calling Van tomorrow to discuss if he's heard of this before...

So got the car back today, service advisor (SA) told me that the front wheel speed sensor went bad; I told him I suspected that the cause was when I hit a pot hole pretty hard, but the caution lights did no come on until the following day. I was also told that this repair is not normally covered under warranty, mine was. I would of had a problem had I been given a repair bill on this 1300 mile new car! Apparently, this can also happen when the tires are removed and the sensor is bumped.

I asked the SA about future mods to ECU, he recommended the JCW upgrade as it gains 40 HP without impacting the warranty; I'll email him next week to get a quote!

No comments on other mods, earlier this week I pointed out to the SA the NM exhaust and showed him the engine bay he didn't seem concerned about anything I had done to date.

I didn't think JCW Was going to have a tune for the CM... Either way I have a custom tune and gain about the same in HP and about 50+ lb/ft in torque. Totally worth it. Glad your car is all fixed

SAs are notorious for not knowing what's going on with MINI. There's no JCW tune coming for our cars.
