Posted in the Countryman Pics thread, but willing to get this going.

Norman and the Overlook, er, I mean the Stanley Hotel.

Thanks threar! Nice pic

I don't think I've ever seen that wheel in person here (where I live). It's great seeing some variety!

Thanks for playing...

Our CMT-S OxyGreen ALL4

Adding to the fun, I had to go find a picture with some scenery.

This is my wife's daily driver, it is great, I have taken it on a few club runs when she allows.

Our first long trip, 2700+ to Glacier and Waterton, Canada.

Future owner here, just awaiting my bench.
Threar, I love those wheels. I knew they would look amazing so I ordered them even though my MA teased me that they would look funny with the white roof.
On a side note, does anyone have boot stripes? I would love to see pictures showing how I can 'accentuate my rear' so to speak.

I already started this thread awhile back. It didnt get much interest then. The title was the same but I inserted an apostrophe after the "r" in Owners.

I think these things have to get a certain amount of critical mass having to do with the time of you day you post, the day of the week, the number of people who own/like the color, and the amount of early activity it gets. It's easy to miss a thread, and if it doesn't get repeated bumps early in life, it ends up sliding down the list so fewer people see it.

That's why I'm going to keep bumping the TB one with new pics from time to time. I want new TB people to see it.

What I've seen on other boards/forums, is that all of these color threads are grouped into a "folder" and this folder is made "sticky" so that all of the folks interested in colors can easily find these threads.

Not sure how we contact the forum admin to request this.

Oxford Green

I went from a Pepper White Clubman to an Oxford Green Countryman...here we are at the MI Fest last weekend. What a blast! I guess the main reason I love Minis is because they are like no other!! When you are in a parking lot/field of a miriad of other look-a-like cars even the Countryman stands out!

From what it looks like I will have a rare version of a rare color. I went with the black roof and bonnet stripes on the Oxford Green CMS. I also went with gloss black 18"s and blacked out headlight housings. Will probably look black most of the time but in the 300+ days of sunshine we get in Colorado the green will really pop.

Expect delivery around the first of the year.

My New Countryman

Here's my entry into the Oxford Green club. No black wheels but I did get the black headlights. I hope to get a better pic soon.

Another Colorado Oxford Green Countryman S

Just picked up my new MCS yesterday. I have been waiting almost a year for it since I needed the bench seat. Here are some pictures my friend took when I drove it home. It was a beautiful Colorado sunset last night.

Great looking CM and fantastic photos. I love the blacked out head lights. I would have considered OG but I'm coming off a 4Runner the same color. I too waited over a year for the bench. Actually, closer to two years from when they announced it.

Enjoy.

Seems that the Broomfield area enjoys the Oxford Green CMs.

I'll see your Boulder, Louisville, Broomfield......and raise a Lafayette, Co. Oxford Green.

Forgot my garage door opener in my trade-in at Loveland MINI, (03 Cooper CVT) so I thought it would be a good excuse for a shakedown cruise up Pinigree Park Road.

Liking it so far.

Almost like my order (but I like silver wheels)! Mine was finished 1/18 and is due in port 2/22 (California).

Depends on what side of the country you live on. Most cars West of the Mississippi go though California. Mine took almost 8 weeks from completion to delivery but others completed just a day or two earlier took only 5 weeks. Those cars going to the East coast will arrive 2 weeks earlier since they dont get to tour the Panama Canal. So anywhere from 3 weeks to 8 weeks depending on where you live, the currents in the Atlantic, and luck.

Good luck, I hope it comes in soon.
