Hey wzabrouski - when you had the jet spraying the windshield, how did the spray appear to you? I have the unit set at mps (as suggested by Jeff) and all else at factory settings. The spray comes on pretty strong once I hit 9 psi. It seems it rolls in less abruptly when turning the threshold all the way counter clockwise.
Thanks

HSF-4 and Countryman
Heres a summary of my setup with my '14 Countryman. I followed wzabrouski's lead and went with the CTS-V kit from Howerton. You couldn't ask for better customer service from Jeff at Howerton.
First off, the later model Countryman (not sure what years or if it's an option or not) has a trunk lid for the storage compartment that sits lower in the boot. So, the tank fill cap hits the lid not allowing it to close. I ended up ordering a 2011 trunk lid from ECS. It sits higher and clears the tank. I actually prefer this lid over the old one as it flips completely up and clips up against the seat.
I created one hole with a stepped drill bit on the far right side. I used a rubber grommet with a 7/8" whole requirement. All the wires and tubing (vent and supply line) go through this hole encased in 1/2" wire loom. The tank and pump are favored to the right side so I would still have storage on the left. Eventually I am going to replace those hoses with AN fittings and braided line to clean things up.
I installed the FAV at the removable divider in the battery area similar to the R56. I ended up rotating the c-clip up as it was causing interference with the gauge.
I originally placed the Jet at the suggested location of the upper portion of the intake hard tube. The turbo I have seems to be pushing a lot more heat than others. The jet wasn't cooling the air down soon enough before the IAT sensor, so I moved it to the lower portion of that hard pipe. It made a big difference with regard to registering the cooling effects. You can see where the old jet location was with the plug and the new lower location. Its right at the very bottom of the hard pipe.
And heres the location of the gauge. Its set up with cravenspeed kit. The control box is velcro'd to the underside of the panel for the air filter under the glove box. Good suggestion from wzabrouski.
I have the control box jumper on MPS and have the system trigger at around 10psi. P/I-R 1 o'clock. My gain is set about 3o'clock due to all the heat the turbo throws out. The fail safe is also running with the WL set to 10 o'clock and WH is set to 2 o'clock. When hooking up the fail safe wire, be sure to use the brown and not the orange. Its a very common mistake. You will certainly send the car into limp mode if you use the orange.

I ordered the gauge bezel from Jeff. Yes, I will be changing out the tubing under the hood with the black tubing once I redo the turbo.
