jb+ boost amount and other questions

I just got a scangauge 2 and can now monitor some of my engine specifics. I have the jb+ installed and am pushing 11.3 psi at the default 50% setting. This sounds low to me, and I haven't really noticed a difference since installing it in march. My countryman s is a standard with an intake and dp back exhaust. I know wouldn't notice the difference with the jb+ as easily as if I had an automatic, I understand that. I took it off in july and still didn't really see a difference having it off for a week (I did put a few hundred miles on it) and then putting it back on I still don't feel the difference. I just installed the scangauge 2 yesterday so I am only now getting numbers to try and troubleshoot(if there is anything to troubleshoot).

What should a countryman s be pushing bone stock as far as boost? At 11.3 at the default jb+ setting am I actually pushing more boost then stock? I can only get 91 octane where I live so my understanding is that 50% is as high as I can safely go (until I get my dp and intercooler installed).

So basically I'm curious if anyone with more experience can tell me if this is all normal? This is my first mini, and my first turbo vehicle. I've grown up with v8 mustangs and am excited to have fun in my turbo mini. But the only experience I have is what I've researched online and felt in my friend's turbo'd vehicles growing up.

Well that's disheartening, stock your pushing more than I am with the jb+. Now I worry that the wastegate or recirc valve is not operating correctly

What temperature is it outside? You will see an effect level on your boost at 70vs 100 degrees
