Any ideas?

Every time we are at the dealer for oil change ( bout every six weeks) I ask them about it. They pop the piece back in. Than bout 48 hrs later they're out again?

Any ideas?-image-4141870994.jpg

Ask them to fix it permanently.

I thought about replacing mine. I was told "they all do that." Bugs the hell out of me.

Any idea why? Is there a fix? Will replacement work?
Makes me crazy I'm a little OCD about the car.

I have to ask: Why are you changing your oil (at the dealer.) every six weeks?

On average 150 miles 6 days a week :(
I make a point to supplement the regular maintenance oil changes.

On my car, it's only the left wheel liner that does this - the right one has always been faultless.

Mine is "bacon necked" at the front arch of the wheel. I figure one of 2 things is going on: 1. that with all the times the front bumper has been off and the wheel arches disconnected that some bowing has taken place so the wheel well material doesn't stay tucked in, or 2. it's shrunk from time and environment. Or 3. Make your guess. I haven't taken the effort to try taking out all the mounts and attempt to reposition it but it could work.

Haven't noticed this on mine. I will have to check. Probably will see and never unsee. Thanks in advance!

Just tell them that's unacceptable and have it replaced. it occurs when the fenderliners are bent to access something behind them. Its called "bumper to bumper" warranty right? We replace them all the time.
