Hubby and I went to the dealership on Saturday to check out and test drive the Roadster. And before I knew it I signed the paperwork for a 2013 Roadster S.

My MA found one that has all the options I wanted (lightning blue, sports and premium package) and then some (cold weather package (I could do without that in sunny South Florida, but maybe not that bad to have on the few mornings it's in the 40s here), leather seats, harman/kardon).

It's currently on the boat, should be at the VDC by 11/23 and at the dealer by the end of the month.

OMG! I am stoked!!!

Lightning Blue is a great choice!! You'll love the Harmon Kardon too. Should be a great car!

Thanks, guys. I don't know how you can wait 6 weeks or longer.

As I said if all goes well I should have my car in 2 weeks and I can hardly stand this relatively short wait. It's my first new car.

Before the days used to fly by. Since I placed the order they seem to be crawling.

 

Congrats! You will love the car. I waited 5 1/2 weeks from the time I ordered mine to the time I took delivery. Time did move slowly.

 

Darcy is at the dealership waiting for me to pick her (or him) up tonight. Can't wait to get out of work... can I leave NOW!
