Hey Rich,

Wow those stripes look fantastic.....

Where did you have them done?

I made an appointment with Greasy's for next week to install my nm Engineering short shift kit so it would be done by MOT.

Thanks! I sent you the details of the vinyl installer via private message.

I think I'm going to get the short shift too soon. Let us know how it goes.

I would normally never call a mini sexy. Fun, cute, and occasionally, mean, but never sexy. That is until I have seen these JCW Roadsters! Especially from member BlueToy. When done right, I think they are even more of a statement than a 2013 Boxster S! Actually, I can't stand the looks of the Mini Coupe, at all! So chincy and cheesy. I'm personally partial to the JCW hardtop, but again, not anywhere close to this JCW Roadster!

Unfortunately, this roadster will provide ZERO of the functionality that we currently need in a car. The JCW hardtop is an definitive example of functionality and fun for a great price! Just thought I'd share my $.02.

Lastly, with this being by far the SEXIEST Mini by a long shot, all of you owe it due respect! TAKE BETTER PHOTO'S OF YOUR ROADSTERS! Most of your photo's are awful! Look at your roadsters with the eyes it deserves and CARE about your angles.

This car will surely go down as one of the best looking cars ever, I assure you! Treat it that way.

One love,
Aaron

It looks fantastic, don't change a thing. Now, only if MINI offered a red interior to go with that red stripe.

Decided to give Nighthawk some love this week since yet another thing went wrong on the car - the air conditioning has completely stopped working

The process was:
Dodo Juice Prime Lime Polish
Dodo Juice Blue Velvet Wax
Chemical Guys Wet Mirror Finish

If you look at my signature, you'll see that I like the red, full down stripes too. Something about Minis and stripes.

Hopefully these pictures will come thru. Shows my stripes and my John Cooper signature that I applied to the dash.

Looks great , It would be cool if they offered the Cooper S side strip in a JCW red. Would match the double stripe pretty good. "Cooper S" version only comes in silver and black, while the "JCW" side stripes come in silver, black, and red. Anyway great job with the double stripes.

At some point, I may pull those and go with something fully custom, but that works for now.

That is some really good vinyl work, you don't often see the installer take time to wrap under the bonnet scoop, usually they just cut it. Love the side stripes as well. Black out those headlight and taillight rings and you got yourself a winner! Well done.

Thanks! I'm thinking about blacking out the headlight/taillight rings though I would need to replace grill chrome too, I would think. Also wondering if how the blackened rings would look with the chrome mirror caps. I guess i will mock it up in photoshop and see!

Blackout almost done!

Carbon Mini door handle covers on the way, but the rest of the blackout is done.

I'm not normally a fan of blackouts, but on an Eclipse Grey with black stripes, it makes perfect sense and looks quite nice and classy.

Thank you. I go back and forth, chrome verses black, depending on the color of the car. Yours looks great with chrome.

I like the chrome mirrors as a contrast on a black car, to me it gives the impression of movement when the car is sitting still because the enviroment is reflected in the chrome.

just my .02
