Hey, this tread may be pretty tough to match.
I would like to see pictures of owners who made the decision to never install stripes on their Coupe or simply remove them.
Mine never came with stripes from new. I will post pictures in a few days.

I believe a no stripe Mini overall look very classy and the metallic paint job is overall more reflective with the subtle body shapes of the hood, roof and deck lid. Nothing is hidden about the curves with the color break down of the stripes.
This is just a matter of personal preferences.

Ok, yea i could see a hair of ghosting from the stripes, some buffing and rubber compound and then wax will take that off. You will have it fill it and paint or maybe some color match wrap in little pieces.
