Both the front and rear power supply do not work. We checked fuses and fuses are good. When checked with volt meter there is no power.
I was told to re-wire them and was also told to buy new ones b/c they're probably bad.
Has anyone had this problem?

 

Yes, on a Countryman. Turns out the car needed a new battery and the lighters worked again. Can't say for sure if it is your problem but worth a check if your battery is old.

 

The battery isn't old.
