Which AZ dealership did you buy from? I stopped by the North Scottsdale one once and they didn't even have a Coupe. I bought mine there but I live in Prescott.

 

I ordered mine from the factory at the Tempe dealership, same place I got my first Mini. I am not particularly fond of the Scottsdale Dealership. Service is not nearly as good as the Tempe dealership.

 

...and I absolutely love it! I have a full sized VW Touareg for carting the big stuff and kid. Traded in my 2006 S for this last week and couldn't be happier. Sticker $31,400 demo with 4K miles, got it for $28,500. I think I got a good deal, regardless, love this ride!
