Anyone sporting aftermarket wheels?

I've been considering getting some aftermarket wheels but its just extremely hard to know what will look good since the car has such a unique shape lol.

So if there are any folks out there with R58/R59's rocking aftermarket wheels post up some pictures!

If you take a look in the Roadster forum you'll see the Enkeis I put my winter tyres on. I think I'll swap the summer tyres onto them next spring, I like them so much!

I had the black R112's that came with the car but recently sold those for these NM Eng. Rse05's. I absolutely love them.

I know they are not coupes, but, look under "show me your wheels". The front of the car is basiclly the same so it may provide some insight.

Oh yea, I looked through the whole thing, the issue with me is that the R58-9 are so oddly shaped, that even if you put wheels on an R56....it's still very hard to imagine them on a coupe in general lol....that's just me though.

Those are the 17x7.5 right? That looks pretty damn cool. Sorta remind me of slipstream Rotas which I was contemplating getting. I gotta ditch the black conicals.

Those wheels look like they're meant for the track haha...well done!

Thanks for the compliment! Yep they are 17x7.5 and super lite at about 16 lbs. I was driving on a good stretch of road that I seldom take the other day and came upon a deep pothole that I couldn't avoid. I hit it doing about 50 mph and was sure I bent the wheel. Car bottomed out and everything. No damage at all which is great for such a lightweight wheel. Luckily I'd gotten rid of the run flat tires or I can't imagine how that would've felt, lol.

I had the factory silver crossspokes on, but have switched them out for Fox Racing FX004s, which I think look kinda neat.

Side view of Enkeis with top up, closest to a Coupe I can do, the rest of the pics are top-down.

Thanks spiney, I was actually looking for your car in the other thread you mentioned haha. Those definitely go well with your car.

And Trevis, a bit hard to see but I take it your stock wheels were the OEM silver color?
You must be liking the black wheels on the car.

Hmm, sending from the NM phone app and it seems to be resizong the pic quite small. See if this is better. And yes loving the black over the silver.

I went with Kosei K1 TS. Fairly lightweight, relatively cheap, and I like the look. 17x7, 15 lbs each.

Silver definitely works on the blue cars...

17" Breyton GTS-Rs. I wanted a similar look to the stock Challenge Spokes but these are a little different and way lighter. It's hard to tell in this picture but they are a bit concave which I think works great on the Coupe.

They really suit your car. Another great blue / silver combo.

That's most likely cleaner than plasti dip haha, I'll have to try that stuff out when my pieces start chipping...if they ever do.

Actually Plastidips texture matches the fender material really well. Maybe even better than 1080. i have the 1080 CF stuff on the grill surround, boot latch and rear diffuser and have yo say its held up well. I've Plastidip on my headlight/tail light rings for more than a year and it still looks great. Almost new. Both products work great.
