So I saw this sticking out from under my car?




Anyone have any idea what it's for?
I checked realoem and its not listed? Then again why would it, it's a strip of foam lol.

I know its from the car because it was fairly wedged in there, I just took it off because I didn't want to lose it on the freeway.

Any thoughts?

 

Probably just something to stop squeaks and rattles between plastic parts. I've noticed a lot of felt tape pieces around the different body parts and interior components; I think Mini is trying to address the complaints about rattles and noises.

Just my guess...

 

Hmm, didn't even think of that.
Doubt I'll hear any squeaks if I don't put it back lol
