Just curious about what others are experiencing with new orders. If I ordered today, say, how long until delivery to California? I realize the plant is shut down until September.

If it weren't shut down, it would be anywhere from 6-10 weeks.

They always shut down in August for retooling and model year changeover.

Your MA should be able to give you an idea on delivery times for their dealership. I think they all are a little different based on allocations and so forth. And if they have any dealer orders in the queue that they can change the specs of for you, you can jump up in line a bit. I am in the DC area and it took about 8 weeks for mine last year which was an order that took the place of one the dealership already had in line.

And I suppose there is probably a backlog that needs to get worked off once the plant gets up and running again.

 

Ordered mine with a completion date of Sept 5th, then shipping to the west coast after that.

 

i guess it depends on which slot your MA's able to provide you with at the time of order.
a friend of mine placed an order during mid-July and they told him that ETA would be late Oct or Early Nov. (due to the fact that the plant closing during august).
