I will hopefully be test fitting an AEM intake for the N18. As you know the current one is for N14's.......and the NM strut bar is not compatible.

AEM is also working on a strut bar to work with their intake. Laforze has volunteered his car for that project.

Other then those reasons the bar is nice.

Yes it is now doesn't your hood scoop end right about at the open top if not I thought I heard you could get a part that would bridge the gap.

I have owned an '08S and now own a '12S. The new car is faster. I wonder how the '08 and later n14s with the JCW upgrades compare in performance with the standard n18 '11 and '12's.

You have a N18 I copied this from another post.

Yes, you have the last year of the N14's.

2013 JCW's will have the N18.

just wondering cause my JCW is 208 HP on over-boost and the new GP is suppose to be 218 from all reports... so are you going to get the JWC or the S?

Oh, I've had my coupe S for 5 months. Already put 13k miles on it lol

I went with an S instead of the JCW because of the engine difference.

You're right, though I would rather have the new revised engine instead of the 4 year old one.

Thanks, thing is super fun to drive considering I had an R50 before ha
