a 1 week impression....

I brought my Clubman in for it's 30k inspection and a detail. For some reason it's taken a week. I would normally tee off on the dealer but they loaned my an all black, Coupe S. What a freaking great car! Fast, great handling, good looking to my eye, and just a blast to drive. I'd buy one in a heart beat. In a year or two, I just might. Count my very impressed! You guys who own them are lucky. Good call. I'm real glad I got this time behind the wheel.

FYI, the car has 6k+ miles on it and the only thing I could find to give it under 100% mark could be a slight air leak in the passenger side window. I figure that's got to be an adjustment, right?

Why the heck would it take a week to get a 30K inspection and detail done?

You must have had an appointment or they wouldn't have given you a loaner.......

Seems odd to me......

Just keep the coupe. Maybe they forgot about you!

Well, consider it as blessing that they are taking the time to troubleshoot and fix whatever problem they found. At the least they should be communicating any issues found along the way.

That is a good sign for a dealer willing to take care of the problem instead of quick diagnostic and get you out the door.

I've been waiting for a fix since November...

Yeah the wind noise thing is a bit of an issue. Most solutions suggest you drown out the sound with loud stereo or a loud after market exhaust :-)

Yes there is a fix. My dealer basically removed the door panel to adjust the window...now there are no complaints from my passengers

The service report was very long, they did everything in there power to resolve the issue....and I'm glad they did.

My dealer made an attempt and then said, "MINI is working on a fix..."

The OP didn't say anything about an additional problem in his first post, that's why I was curious what was taking so long ....

What fix is this?

My Clubby has windnoise too, where specifically is the OP's problem area?
