I flew from Orlando to Nashville Christmas Day 2016 on Frontier Airlines for $29 to pick-up my R58 from a dealership in Murfreesboro TN the next morning, and drove it straight home to Orlando after signing the paperwork. Just getting it dialed-in with BC coilovers, rear-camber arms, and old-school RS wheels turning Nitto 215/40ZR17 rubber. A work in progress but I'm loving it:

Picked up my second Coupe over the weekend. 2014 JCW with only 8500 miles on it.
Now to just transfer the good bits over to it from the orange S.

I flew from Los Angeles to Dallas before the end of the year on Alaska Airlines for $79 to pick-up my R58 only 23K miles on it drives like new

Evening all, just got my coupe last Saturday night. Traded up from my 06 R53S. Will post some pic soon as weather clears. Can someone tell me if suspension and most after market body part stuff will work on my R58S? Thanks

 

R56 to R58 most works, R53 to R58 not so much. What do you have?

 

"Mainly looking for some body adds, lip spoiler ect. Only thing left from my R53 is the wheels (17") so have to get tires, sold the other parts I had.
Also while I'm asking are the front disc's bigger on the R58 then the 53 were. They look huge in comparison, but the rears look like the r53 were. Don't know if the PO upgraded the fronts, or if that's how they are.

 

R58 Cooper NON S Brake are the same as the R53 on the front. but 7/2006+ R53 share the same M14 holes where pre 7/2006 are the old M12 and will not work on the new M14.

Wheels you should be good on unless you have JCW brakes on the R58. Body lips and spoilers if universal should fit. But if they are curved and formed they will not follow the same curves.

Very nice! I have many of the same mods. Those Recaro seats are pretty rare. I don’t think many people ordered them.
