R57 Transmission mount replcement

One more thought:
Here’s the two hose clamps you can remove to free the charge pipe enough to move it around.






And be sure to double check the torque values. BMWrepairguide.com has listed the passenger side support bracket nut and bolts As 34.5 ft-lbs while the Bentley service manual states 74 ft-lbs for the nut and 28 ft-lbs for the bolts. I don’t know which one is correct, but I went with the Bentley manual. Mod MINI (on YouTube) has a great video that covers front end service mode. I usually have the Bentley manual open on the work bench and a Mod MINI video as additional support along with pelican’s DIY and the BMWrepairguide site. Can never have too many references lol.

Scotty, wow super clean, I am surprised you can't hear me cussing this thing from 3 states away

Going to try and do more disassembly this evening.
