Non-transmission causes of transmission failure?

So the error codes said I had a solenoid problem so I bought a complete set of new solenoids. Nothing changed. Took it to the dealer and they said the problem was the trans computer. Replaced the computer. Nothing changed. Replaced the entire transmission. Nothing changed. The car is still giving me the bad solenoid code and locking in third gear. Sometimes reverse doesn't work. Is there something non-transmission that would cause the same problems regardless of transmission ot trans computer? Maybe a throttle or brake sensor that is sending a faulty signal to the trans computer? I'm at my wit's end. It blows my mind that after replacing the trans and computer the problem is still there.

The transmission is directily connected to the TCM which in turn sends the signals to the various modules. Since you replaced the trans and the TCM, the only think left is the wiring. My moms CRV started acting up one day and after little bit of digging, I found chewed wires. So, check for rodents issues.
