R57 Cabrio roof not retracting

Cabrio roof not retracting
I need some help! I was cleaning my 2010 R57 cabrio this afternoon and wiped the engine bay with a damp cloth to remove the dust, the battery managed to go flat (it's 5 years old) charged it partially and the car started and now the roof won't retract (sunroof mode works). Plugged into the OBD and I get the following codes: 00a69a & 00a69c, something about cowl engine and valve v3.
I've checked the connectors in the engine bay and everything looks fine (I didn't unplug anything).
Any ideas on what I should be checking? or any recommendation on who can fix it before I call the dealership?

After a restless night's sleep and fully charging the battery I tried retracting the roof this morning and it still didn't work (no warning beeps or alerts), unplugged the battery for 5 mins and that also didn't make a difference.
Went for a drive and tried retracting within the safe speed and it didn't work either, I then tried retracting past the safe speed at which time the car warned me that it was over speed (I wanted to see if it would warn me or throw an error), I then slowed down and tried retracting the roof and low and behold it retracted !! My guess is that the over speed warning must have reset something and is now allowing the roof to retract.
