whatever it is/isnt, i havent done anything to it, its still stock for right now... waitin for the next paycheck for my extras
and, thanks!!
YES those are brake cooling ducts...new for the 09 kit... if you look in the wheel well up towards the front there there should be a little hole with the plastic tube ending there

new 09 Cabrio too
Hi,
Just wanted to show some photos of the Mini we got Wednesday..Not sure it will work or how big they will be .. We got a seat cover from www.poochstyle.com... It is great..It will help with the light seats. Didn't realize that would be so light in color.. The company was so good in helping us with the order..

I've had my Mini about 3 weeks now and I'm so in love with it. I have the top down every chance I get and have put 8 hours on the openometer. I had snow the first full day I had it and pretty much rain the rest of the time until last week and now it's top down all the time. Can't wait to see other pics of convertibles with their tops down. Love to hear about other mini owners openometer hours. Happy Motoring to all

I realized I posted this before in the Coupe forum. Sorry for the double-post!
This is a customer car we just put together:
It's the first JCW Convertible we've seen.
Mods included 17x7.5" Rota RB wheels, 235/40R17 tires, Cross coilovers, and an H&R rear sway bar. We used 15mm wheel spacers (with longer wheel bolts) to fit the wheels over the front brakes and to clear the coilovers.

Very nice setup. I bet that owner is very happy with his new JCW R57. I love how the drop with suspension makes the car look so agressive.
Did this owner go with the JCW Recaro sports seats as well?
Updated: I just look at the photo again and in the window I can see the Lounge Leather seats with the white piping.
