Century West BMW / MINI Dealership question

My 2006 JWC MCS Convertible is about due for a service and I'm wondering if any of you on the forum have experience with Century West Mini in North Hollywood California? If anyone has I'd like to hear your thoughts on this dealership as it's the closest dealer to my office and it would make sense to have my Mini serviced there.

I've never even heard of Century West Mini. After looking up SoCal dealers on MINI USA's website, it didn't appear there at all.

Is this a new dealership? Or perhaps an independent?

Ha! That makes more sense.
I've not seen any negative reviews regarding their service.

ok thanks.... I remember reading awhile back that someone on FChat (the Ferrari Owners forum site) who also owned a Cooper S was claiming that someone at the dealership took their after-market sway bar off the car when it was in for service but the dealership would never take responsibility for the missing part.

Not sure if the story is accurate but I'd like to hear from others before i take my car into them.

You would probably get a lot more feedback on other sub-forums (like the regional ones) since people don't come into this one unless they're interested in reading about the upcoming cabrio.

I bought my Mini from these guys. The deal was fine, but I won't return for service.

Call Stacy at South Bay Mini and set a reservation. They'll get you a loaner car to use while they work on your car. Ask her to set you up with Brian as the service tech. He's a local club member and will take good care of you.

Stacy / Brian are the only dealer folks touching my Mini these days.
