R56 What Would've Been Your Second Choice In Color/Options?
Didn't have a choice on colors, but out of all the options...
Pure Silver / Black roof an mirror caps. I think it is the best color option out there... But all the color options all look good on the MINI. But thats me...

I agree 100%, but then I might just be a little biased (that's what I ordered).
I was oringally going to go blue with white roof and mirrors, still like it.
I knew from the get go i wanted BRG with White roof/mirrors and white stripes. That has been a given from the start. My only option I would have changed is to get the Tuscan Beige leather interior, and the rear fogs. I got everything else I wanted. My last car (not a mini)was green with a beige interior though, and i was quite impressed with the quality of the leatherette in the 07's I test drove plus I will be installing the rear fogs myself anyways...So I guess my only real regret is not getting the rear fogs from the beginning!
I wanted British Racing Green my wife wanted Chili Red so we compromised and ordered.... Chili Red.
Any guy that is married understands the nature of compromise...
Seriously any color that I wanted would have been fine - I justed wanted her to like the car as much as me. I might have gone for white if Mini really made a white....

Right now I have an oxygen blue cooper with a white top. My first choice would have been an Astro Black S. However, there are many motoring days in my future and I love my O2 Blue MINI, one day I'll have an AB S... in about 10 years
All my considerations were with the black roof and black stripes. Well, I used to have a BRG Alfa Spider, so even though BRG looked great, I needed a change- although wow does it look great. I really like the dark silver, but felt maybe the color was a little boring for a sporty car. I couldn't go for lightening blue because a local guy I know has an older (supercharged) mini S in that color. Yellow looked nice, but was a little over the top. White was never a consideration, neither was sparkling silver or astro black. Not a real fan of the dark blue, plus it fell into the category of the dark silver for me. Pure silver was a consideration, but every one I've seen in person didn't do it for me. I ended up liking red the most...or at least I thought. Then I saw a sparkling silver in person with the black roof and stripes that the dealer had as a demo and I was floored. I knew then, that would be the color. I wasn't going to buy the probably "flogged" demo, plus it wasn't built just how I wanted. So I ordered the sprarkling silver and I still await. The color doesn't do much for me on the configurator, but in person it looks great. A nice combo to where it's not too dark and slightly boring, but still classy looking. I think that covers just about every color that is available!

There was a great blue color that was discontinued in 2006 that I had my heart set on and I was disappointed when it didn't make the leap to 07' I have forgotten the name but I would have taken it if available.
We would've gone flat black if it hadn't been discontinued. Would have named it "Nonemore Black." Chili red with beige/black interior was in the running for a while. We looked at white silver when it came out and weren't impressed. Finally, we ordered a Sparkling Silver MCSC, It just made land this weekend somewhere in South Carolina. We can hardly wait.
SS was the only choice while we went looking... first day out shopping drove 2 MINIs at one dealer with no choices even close to what we wanted... went to the other dealer and Daphne was just off of the delivery truck waiting for us.
Now that we've seen it in person we're thinking the PW would be a good second choice.

have a second choice. I'd been wanting
the combo I order for years. Waited for the right timing and went for it.
