I had to have the stiping continued all the way through the bumpers, couldnt stand a "sport stripe" that gets the short end of the stick to just stop at the bumpers when the JCW body kit looks so awesome. I have the feeling I am still missing something....hmm...any help?

 

Looks like you're missing the plastic piece underneath the front driver's side part of the kit.

 

no removed it, hadnt taken the other side off yet...they were annoying and always rubbed the driveway

 

hmmm...id say maybe blacking out the chrome, IMO

 

i have thought about that...possibly the carbon fiber hood scoop to match the wind, and then the back hatch handle....tell me, how do i upload the pictures so that they are larger on here instead of thumbnails?

 

If you use an external photo site, like photobucket.com , you can upload any size you want. Then you simply copy the code with the [IMG] in it and paste it into your post

well i always say de-chroming is always a worth-while mod

your would look really nice with blue racing stripes for the roof

maybe side graphics? (i may just be partial to a lot of vinyl haha)

 

nevermind i just noticed u have a sunroof haha...it would still work, but i dont know if ud want to obstruct your view

 

i have seen a few side graphics that i like, but not found "the one" that shouts out at me

 

+1 for roof stripes. Blue ones would be sweet! IMO, totally worth it even with the sunroof.

 

It has been bit rainy lately in socal. When rain halted for a brief moment, I decided to take mini for a quick spin to the hills of Palos Verdes.

very nice looking car. What color is it? Are the sport stripes from MINI or aftermarket?

 

It's laser blue metallic, and the stripes are from mini.

 

Were they installed at the factory or did they do it after the car arrived? I saw the option for it was $85, did they charge labor to install it or is it included? Do you have a picture of the back?

Stripes were installed at the dealer, and I forgot the exact amount for the labor. I believe it was around $25.
