Thanks, Robin & Crashton!
I am liking those new wheels myself. We'd ordered the yellow & white "daisy" wheels from Tire Rack & DH painted the yellow centers red. He has to clear coat them now that I've approved the look!
I'm already off searching for my next accessory! I'm thinking a Hello Kitty emblem or key chain. I think it will help keep DH from driving the car!
Not much of a difference (except power!)
other then that, they all look cool and its nice to see what people are doing to ALL there mini's.
I may get an idea from someones and vise versa.
so stop hattn n chill!
It's a MINI and it's cool. Nice car and nice photo.

1st of all, I was kidding.
2nd of all, it's NOT an R56, no matter how nice it is. Again, this thread is in the 2nd gen forum, and is called "Please Post Pictures of Your R56 Here", not "Hey, lets look at all the cool MINIs that are out there regardless of whether they are R50s, R53s, or R56s", so
and 3rd, I wasn't "hattn" muladesigns1, whatever the eff that means. I'm guessing you meant "hatin" and just had a little trouble typing. It happens. I understand. Typing and spelling are VERY hard for some people...
Regardless, I wasn't hatin either, just pointing out that this is an R56 thread.

OK, enough squabbling, lets see some more of those beautiful R56s!!!
No, it wasnt MV. The salesman at the MV dealership was kind of a ****, so we went to Pleasanton and ordered it. When I picked her up he drove it into the showroom for me to see her for the first time. She was like an angel!
Ah, too bad. Looks like it came out well, though.
I had a switch of sales people. I think one left. I ended up with a guy who was nice enough, and tried to be helpful, but I knew more about some aspects of the R56 than he did.

Come to think of it, mine probably didn't get that treatment because it wasn't quite finished being prepped when I arrived. They probably figured I would rather have it ASAP than ceremony.
