The OZ wheel has an offset of +37 where stock is around +48. This means they stick out of the wheel wells by 11mm more than stock and will start to rub before stock (or lower offset) rims will. It happens in the rear. The black plastic fender trim can be cut to minimize this but me, I'm just done with rubbing issues - had them before and that was enough.

When I ditch the runflats I may go to a 215/45 tire and nibble on the wheel gap that way, but basically lowering the car is not as important to me as I once thought it would be. YMMV...

Appears to be aftermarket bulbs, such as PIAA, or one of those japenese brands from an automotive store.. That's usually one of the first things I replace to get rid of the stock yellow headlight color... Maybe I'll do that this weekend!

Celica: JCW bought from Mach V. Took about 10min to install. Makes a huge difference!

Pure Silver looks great with that black roof.

Being in sunny California I was worried about getting cooked under a black roof, but it does look good.

I find myself daydreaming about owning a Clubman, and occasionally about having the sheer power of an MCS, but after yet another fun weekend of running around in my simple Cooper, all I really know is that this is a heck of a car. It's nothing fancy, but it makes me smile every time I get behind the wheel.

I gotta say, this is my favourite thread. Unlike some car models, it's nigh impossible to find a bad looking Mini colour combination. Thus far, I love them all. Keep posting guys.

I totally agree. There are colors and package combos I wouldn't have purchased myself, but they all look incredible none the less! Must be a MINI thing.

No kidding! I haven't ever been a fan of the MINI Cabrio, but I saw a DS/B Cabrio with black stripes the other day with driving lights and thought it just looked really cool. Top down, of course
