Picked up my new SS/B R56 MC yesterday. Found a dog kennel that fits the boot and our two yellow labs jumped in for a trip to the park. The dogs may look cramped but they are buddies and are used to the two of them squeezing into a single kennel. Note the MINI Universal Boot Protector under the kennel.

You made quite a trek south. Heceta Head is always lovely. For the rest of you, Oregon's most photographed lighthouse is on the left side of the first photo.

 

Going to motor down to that area this coming weekend....hope the sky looks like that

 

NOAA forecast looks a bit iffy...BUT in a MINI, the weather's always great Have a safe trip...

I'm planning on the grill surround blackout. How are you doing the headlights, gas cap, door handles and tail lights? Are there parts available or are you applying vinyl over the chrome?
