actually 20% ...it really depends on the angle because sometimes it goes from completely blacked out to just a silhouette
This one almost looks as if its more in the 30s

Awesome, my last car had 5% on it. Way to dark, hard to see out of at night. I think ill go with 20!

Yeah 20 IMHO is probably the perfect shade...dark enough to keep a ton of light out, close to legal, and really easy to see out of at night

I had to remove them, then paint, and finally put new double sided tape to remount them

 

That's a great looking car! It's kinda the first light-colored Mini I've liked! Nice stripes.

 

One of my co-workers just tinted his Saab down to 5%, that night he found himself going the wrong way down a freeway on/off ramp

I went with 35% this time on my Mini as I like it to still feel bright/airy inside (esp w/ the anthracite headliner & piano black), it's a pretty close match w/ the sunroof. It's dark enough to mask who's in the car rather then if someone's in the car and keeps the temp. down.

Haha, we also have in basically the same spot I put it there originally because I liked it and actually wanted to use it somewhere, but now it has turned out quite functional. I am going to install a touch screen and have it so I can easy put in and take out my macbook so I have a nice carputer

No, actually everything black on my car is rattle canned
I masked around then so I had their position correct, then popped them off and painted, and finally re-stickeyed and applied

 

It was great to see this car in person at MOTD. It's just awesome.
