Aye. Ye parked yerselves a way down in a wee watery glen, Laddie. That's brilliant. What are ye thinkin aboot those enormous black squares in the rear Aero bumpers, then?

These are quite close, and available in 4x100 with proper offest for the Mini. Good wheels, from what I hear.

Wow. The aero kit looks smashing, particularly on the MC. I'm totally sold on adding it to my spec. when I get my R55.

I think I'm going to put a sweater on............ brrrrrrrr......... I'm chilled after viewing those pics. .

BTW, is the aero kit the same for the US destination cars? Anyone know the option price in the US (it's not available in the configurator).

Regards

Those photos make me want to see Scotland.

anyone know if there's a place to rent Minis, so if I visit I could get around in the style to which I will quickly become accustomed? :-)

Are those the OEM driving lamps? If so, are the driving lamps on the new MINI the same as the ones on the pre 07?

Well, I'm jealous!!!!

Two brand new R56 MINIs and what look to be some very enticing roads to motor on! Not to mention the hauntingly beautiful Scottish highlands. WOW! That is soooo SWEET!

Thanks for sharing these pics with us JCW210!

The Cooper with the Aero-kit is very, very nice!!!! In fact it looks better than the "S" model (very clean lines).

Additionally, the Cooper in the photo, is it painted Mellow Yellow or has it received a special paint job? On my view screen it looks like McLaren Orange!

Both MINIs look great! Motor on!

P.S. BTW, send more pics if you can! TIA!

Yeah I agree with you! They fit the bonnet really nicely. If you want them to look more like the driving lights of the classic Minis (like in the Italian Job) then the 06's and older look more like that. I do agree that the 07s have a really nice placement and size of the driving lights...

Great pics too! Scotland is gorgeous!!!

I love the MC next to the MCS, both with the aero. After I installed the aero on my MC it changed the whole appearence.

This is the first time that I saw the Mellow Yellow. It is a great color, and looks great with the wheels and aero.

In the picture below, the yellow MC has a different look with the body color roof. It actually make the smaller back window than the '06 MC fit in nicely. Although I am not a fan of the Dodge Magnum, it looks like what the Magnum should have looked like.

Between the Aero Kit (with the black grill, the wheels and the body color roof), I give it 3 thumbs up.

First of all the cars belong to my good friends and not me ...they do look great tho!! The driving lights are slightly bigger and OEM , Mellow Yellow cooper is doing ave 43.3 mpg (uk Gallon - 5 lts ) just now !!!.the S will not match the JCW ...never ,the new r56 JCW when it arrives might !,all round they are great to drive ,after all a mini is a mini ...you still feel that your driving a mini at the end of the day .re Mellow Yellow that's it in daylight . You can hire a mini at any dealer here in the UK if you wish to visit and drive our great little roads that were built for a mini .
